On vacation this week, I’ve had the chance to shoot some new attire while beachside. These photos are unusually glammy/senior portrait-y for this blog, however my photographer successfully jedi-mind-tricked me into frolicking around this gorgeous banyan tree, happy as a clam (omg beach puns! nailed it!) so I went with it.
While browsing Club Monaco before heading off to greener (literally) pastures, I ended up being instantaneously enamored with the combination of this slate grey jacket and the pale pastel shade of blush pink in the pants as well as sweater. As suggested by the unusual number of pictures today (sorry for the overload), I just can’t get sufficient of the color combo–especially against the lovely sunny backdrop.
It’s likewise worth noting that if you like the untucked look (last seen right here as well as here), inspect out these Club Monaco sweaters. The silk shirttail is really sewed onto the bottom of the sweatshirt to ensure that you prevent any type of bunching from really layering pieces, however still preserve the layered look in a truly polished, smooth way. Ba da BING.
Of course, this relaxed ensemble is reserved for laid-back Fridays at the office, as well as these sandals in specific may not work for those of you in conventional work environments. However, just like all posts, I hope you can at least discover the combination as inspiring as I do, as well as perhaps bring it to life in a method that is your own as well as uniquely fit for your specific office.
Happy Friday!
P.S. It is completely possible that I throw caution to the wind as well as embark on a new career as a deep-sea fisherman (fisherwoman?) to ensure that I don’t have to return to freezing chilly new York City. Just wished to be up-front about that. Ahoy, Matey.
